Hello and welcome! Feel free to explore my portfolio of instructional design work. 

I currently serve as a Squad Lead and Learning Designer at Rumie Learn, where I help create microlearning experiences that support self-directed learning and real-world skill development. These bite-sized lessons—designed for mobile-first access—are built to empower learners worldwide with accessible, engaging, and practical knowledge. Through this role, I am gaining valuable experience to strengthen my leadership and design skills as I continue to grow as an instructional designer, while also exploring opportunities to apply these skills in operations-focused roles where I can support project management, process improvement, and organizational efficiency. 

Additionally, my 2025 internship with the Colorado School of Mines gave me the opportunity to adapt an in-person professional education course into a fully online experience tailored for a STEM audience. This project, developed in the Thought Industries LMS, strengthened my skills in designing personalized, learner-centered experiences while providing hands-on experience in project coordination, platform management, and process optimization—preparing me to bring structure, efficiency, and innovation to operational initiatives.
