CASE STUDY

Challenge: The Employee Net Promoter Score was low because employees did not feel the company provided an inclusive workplace. With further analysis, it was determined that the real problem centered around communication with deaf employees. 

Solution: To increase the Employee Net Promoter Score, a Storyline 3 course was designed to train employees in supportive communication techniques in the workplace.

Result: The Employee Net Promoter Score increased by 30% three months after training was completed.
