FICTIONAL CASE STUDY

Context:

The (fictional) real estate company serves the greater city community with three office locations, each staffed with 10 - 15 employees. They specialize in property sales, rentals, and management.

Challenge:

The company utilizes Google Workspace for its business needs. As part of the onboarding process, new employees are asked to customize their Gmail signatures. Over the past three years, approximately 75% of the new hires had to ask for assistance with the signature customization.

Solution:

This job aid was developed as a supplement for new hires during the onboarding process. It can be viewed electronically or printed out as a pdf.

Result:

New employees find this job aid helpful and easy to follow. Since the inclusion of the aid, no assistance has been needed when customizing a company signature on Gmail.
